Parkdressen.no is a subscription service for “park suit”/overalls for kids. They came to ITERATE with quite specific request - increase the turnover rate of new B2C customers on our website.

The challenge
The client did not get enough completed orders on the website. Their hypothesis was that it was to complicated and slow (which it was), but when talking to potential customers we learned that there were other reasons as well. Potential customers found the subscription to be of bad value, and the website at the time did not do a good job of highlighting why it actually might be good value.
The solution
The delivery was two-fold: a better check-out for ordering an overall, and a redesigned website that better highlighted the features of product and service.
The result was an increased turnover-rate of 30%. Mission accomplished!
