The challenge
ITERATE is a startup incubator, and one of the startups I got to work with was Squads (later: Byks) as the only UI/UX designer. Byks is a new service where we helped people find better workouts made by professional athletes in groups called "squads". As with every startup, we needed to find product-market fit as quickly as possible.
The solution
Before launching an app we had 100 paid users. We did this by using ITERATE Demo where we created a Figma-prototype behind a paywall. This meant we could rapidly make changes to the app and content, without having to develop a real application.
When the app was finally released, Byks hit the ground running:
